He was a golden brown marian breed with long black mane. A white patch ran across the medial section of his face, making him stand out among the other horses.

“His name’s Spirit”, Anna said as she noticed Richard’s gaze fixated on her horse. Richard turned to face a smallish young lady standing at many feet below him. He noticed her oval face and blond hair cut into a shoulder length bob. She had sky-blue eyes which was enhanced by a winged eyeliner.

Richard shied his gaze away lest she caught him staring and Anna got down to bussiness. She narrated in a matter of fact manner, her ordeal with H, how she escaped and her belief that Richard’s daughter, was H’s present target. She explained to Richard the scene she met at H’s place and the implicating details on his computer.

“I’ll get them to you tomorrow”, Anna promised. She led Richard to his car, parked at the pavement of the stable’s lake. Unknown to either, a pair of eyes at the lake had seen them.
